• All Set Tour Flights are subject to a min of 4 persons, max up to 5 persons,except for private charters where there is no min passenger requirement.
• We reserve the right to add more passengers or reschedule flight times.
• Bali Adventure Sky Tours cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to bad weather or technical reasons if a flight is cancelled or posponed.
• Min 24 hours advance booking required for Sky tours.
• All passengers and luggage are weighed prior to boarding and details of name, passport number, nationality, are required.
• If total weight exceeds load limits, flights may be limited or cancelled.
• Pilot’s discretion is final, which may result in a prolonged or shortened flight.
• Alcohol & smoking are not permitted on all flights. Pilot may prohibit a person from flying if considered intoxicated.
• Surcharges (landing fees) may be applicable for Airport or Hotel pick up / drop off.
• For transfers, only 1 small bag is allowed in the cabin (max weight 7 kgs).
• Charges are calculated per flight, not per person.
• Operational Flight times 7am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
• Minimum 4 persons per flight and a maximum of 5 persons.
• All Passengers are required by law to watch our 3 minute Safety video before departure and sign a declaration that they have done so.
• All flights require passengers to be ready at least 20 minutes at the departure point prior to departure time.
• Minimum 24 hours advance booking required. Bookings may be made by Website, Email, Telephone or Fax.
• We charge per flight – not per person. Prices are the same whether you have 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 passengers joining the flight. We reserve the right to add more passengers or reschedule the flight if total passenger number less than the minimum requirement.
• Our Operation Time is between Sunrise and Sunset as stipulated by the Indonesian Civil Aviation Authority.
• A Passenger Manifest is completed before each flight with Name, Nationality, Passport Number and Weight.
• For Legal and Safety reasons, all passengers are weighed prior to boarding. Total passengers weight must not exceed the max payload of the helicopter which will be informed to you at the time of booking.Flights are subject to payload limitations. If your group exceeds the payload limitation – the flight will not operate. A total payload limitation applies for total passengers and luggage. Only a hand bag is allowed in the Helicopter.
• For Safety reasons, Bali Adventure Skytours reserves the right to cancel, postpone or prolonged a flight due to weather or technical reasons. All flights and/or routes are subject to the pilot’s discretion.
• Smoking and the consumption of alcohol on the helicopter is prohibited. The pilot may decline to permit any person to occupy a helicopter seat if, in his opinion the passenger is intoxicated.
• An additional surcharge (landing fee) of USD $ 430/flight for pick up/drop off passengers at Ngurah Rai Airport.
